Walk a Mile 2013

Walk a Mile 2013, was held on Saturday, March 2.  Many showed up to support Project Sister Family Services at the event, which was sponsored by the Claremont Colleges. Participants were challenged to walk a mile in high heels, an idea taken from the saying “You can’t really understand another person’s experience until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes”. The event is a playful opportunity for men to raise awareness in their community about the serious causes, effects and remediation to sexualized violence.
